why is it that the past 3 times I have gone to see a movie in the theater, the sound hasn't worked during the previews and/or the pre-previews? I paid 19 bucks for two people to see a movie. Part of the experience is seeing and hearing those things whether I like them or not. If it doesn't work, why do I have to sit through it? And if I don't get the full experience, should I ask for some of my money back? The first time it happened, I informed a theater employee and she asked, "is the movie on?". I said, "No". She said, "well, it's just the previews, the sound will come on when the movie starts." I told her that was a crappy answer and walked away.
